The Yacht

Bella of London, a Grand Soleil, is a beautiful 50’ Italian inspired luxury sailing yacht.

Bella is available for offshore racing, corporate hospitality and holiday charters, team building events, cruising & mile building and training in the UK, Europe and the Caribbean.

Bella

Whether you are a complete sailing novice who wants to try sailing for the first time or an experienced ocean racer who wants the thrill of competition, we can ensure that any voyage with us gives you what you want.

As a luxury yacht, Bella is all about delivering a great yachting experience for a broad range of events from a sunny corporate sailing day to relaxing Caribbean cruises to major ocean races, such as the 608 nautical mile Rolex Fastnet and the transatlantic ARC Rally.

We offer a range of options from whole boat crewed charters to individual berths.

Sailing on Bella is about participation and enjoying the sport of sailing, from helming to navigation, crewing the boat and sail trimming.

Longer voyages can mean helping with cooking and keeping the yacht ship-shape, which can be interesting experiences whilst under sail. If you have never sailed before, not to worry, we can ensure that you will learn the essentials and have a chance to experience all the different roles that go along to ensure the smooth running of the yacht. We love sailing and we want everyone who sails with us to enjoy it too!

Saloon

Teamwork is vital in sailing and can help to forge strong bonds and increased cooperation. This emphasis on teamwork makes sailing together as a group, a useful team-building exercise as the whole crew needs to work together in different roles to ensure the efficient working of the yacht.

During the winter months, Bella may be in the Caribbean, taking part in the series of regattas across the islands. If you fancy a Caribbean holiday but want to do more than lie on the beach, we can offer you two options.

We offer skippered charters that will let you explore the islands at your leisure in luxury. Or, if you fancy something exciting, take a berth for one of the famous sailing events and enjoy some ocean racing around the Caribbean islands. With events such as the BVI Spring Regatta, the Sailing Festival or Antigua Sailing Week to choose from, there is plenty of scope for an exciting experience.

Bella of London is an MCA coded Grand Soleil 50. An elegant, sleek, fast and competitive yacht, Bella is a quality, slippy, sloop rig with a cheeky Grand Soleil “performance pack” which includes the taller three spreader mast and deeper keel.

Beautifully finished and very comfortable, as soon as you step on board, you’ll see and sense the luxury of this yacht, and once we venture out onto the open water, you’ll feel and love the effortless speed and power of her.

Based in the UK, Bella can be found at the Dan Bran Marina in Lymington during the summer months and navigating more exotic waters in the winter!
