All change

The weather systems threw a characteristic curve ball which has enabled Bella to head directly for the Ushant traffic separation scheme then into the English channel.

At the time of writing this article she has circa 500 nautical miles to go which should bring her alongside some time on Saturday or Sunday.

Bella has a new home to go to, we have changed her berthing from Royal Clarence to Berthon in the pretty town of Lymington.

Bella will barely have finished her transatlantic passage when she is lifted to have her hull cleaned, re antifouled, engine and gearbox service as well as the inevitable rectifications from an Atlantic crossing.

You can track Bella at www.bellasailing.com/home
