Bella is about to benefit from a whole new wardrobe of sails.

Following a full evaluation of her current sails and the various replacement options available in the market, new sails have been ordered and will be delivered in July, just in time for this year's Fastnet.

Bella's existing Genoa and Main will be replaced with a very competitive set of new sails including a full Batten Dynema/Carbon Main Sail, a 137% Genoa 3DL 600 (which will take her up to approx. 20 knots of wind), and a Heavy Weather Jib with OSR Max Dynema/Carbon spec to take her up to storm jib conditions.

North Sails was selected as supplier again after extensive research into the best offering. Having modelled Bella's rig, understood the rig's full potential and the impact of the new sails upon the yacht's IRC rating, North Sails was clearly the best solution.
